30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Any product that requires specific packaging must be returned in its original packaging without damage that could affect its resale value.

You will also need to provide proof of purchase or your order confirmation when requesting a return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and place a new order after your return has been approved.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment service.
